(no. III and IV are still not really finished… I’ll upload them later…)
This one is really my favourit one till now! I love drawing the expression of eyes and hands…
Nearly everybody I showed the pic said: “You’re kidding, it’s a photo!”
I’m very proud of it!!
I worked with colour-pencils and a lot of black ink. I like this combination, because if there are parts which really have to be deep black I just can reach it with the black ink, no chance with the colour-pencils. I always use it for the eyes and this was the first time when I had used it for the whole picture.
Well, he had grown a year older today (April 9th) and so I’m going to dedicate this pic to him (although he’ll never see it…)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MR. WAY!!! XD
…and all the others: HAPPY EASTER (…I hope you’ll all find your Easter-eggs… XD)
ME ABOUT MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE (Part II – Live in concert?)
I was so upset that I wasn’t able to see them live on stage when they were in Cologne. I couldn’t brought up the money -.- (Damn train! EXPENSIVE! -.-#). Now I hope they come back soon. Next time I’ll be there, I swear! I would even die for seeing THE BLACK PARADE live on stage! I wanted to see them in their uniforms – alltogether – but I guess next time they’ll come they won’t wear them anymore. T____T
It is a pity, but it seems that it is embarassing for me, that I’m listening to them:
- When I saw a report on MTV after the Cologne-concert I just saw these EMO-girlies and boys there and nearly every of them was just around 16 I guess. So call me grandma… with my 23 years on the back *cough* *cough*.
- When I tell somebody that I’m listening to them they point a finger on me: “EMO”
Hello? Why is that so, that you have to belong to a part of group just because of listening this or that music? Or is it just in Germany that way? Never answered questions… . For me I don’t care what others are thinking about me – let them talk -and so I’ve drawn a nice piccu with all of them for my backpack – although some are staring at me because of that.
Like I care…
When I ever appear on one of their concerts I’m thinkin about wearing white clothes (just to show that I’m NO EMO!) but I guess I won’t leave the concert alive when I do that… ^^° (what a nice death! But please do it AFTER the show! XD).
Well, till they come back to Germany many time will pass and I will think about it.
(Hey, guys! Have you ever thought about coming to our stupid-ugly Paderborn?! Move your ass!!!)
Great shadow details and love the way his black hair blends into his background. Too bad I cant full view it enough to see your brushwork but its all good.
Your comments are great love your attitude, you grandma you. (yep ur 1 year older then me)
Is this a reproduction of a print or did you do this by memory? Cuz reproduction is usually the way I go, I hate that my mental to paper work is'nt all that great.
Wondering how large the original image is and how long it took you to complete. Sorry for all the questions, but just thought I'd ask em so you'd know what people thought of after looking at your work
I didn't do it by memory. I've downloaded some piccus (OK, there are many...) from the internet and I've drawn it directly by watching my computer screen (but I didn't copy!!!)
The original is DINA4 and it took around <20 hours...
Oh mein Gott. Als ich das Bild gesehen hab, hab ich laut "WOW!" gesagt. Mal ernsthaft, das is ne saubere Arbeit. Verdammt gut.
^^° man muss halt alles mal ausprobieren...

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
